The Journey of Developing the Program

The global shortage of nurses is a pressing issue, particularly in the United States, where there is currently a deficit of over 500,000 nurses, with Nevada alone reporting a shortfall of 4,000 nurses for the period from 2023 to 2028.

The rapidly aging population will require the healthcare system to make significant breakthroughs, as elderly patients will need increasingly more care, including care for those with dementia, other chronic illnesses, and long-term care facilities. This presents a significant challenge for agencies involved in training and supplying nursing personnel for the U.S. healthcare system. As a result, it has created a unique opportunity for education and training in nursing within the United States.

THE INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL NURSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IN NEVADA, USA was established in response to this pressing need.

It was not easy for this international nursing development program to gain approval and special support from the Nevada State Government, along with the support of the Hospital Associations and many other organizations operating in the healthcare field. Our team of board members and advisors dedicated considerable time and effort to finalize every detail of this project.

The Program is committed to providing a challenging learning and working environment with opportunities for personal development, enabling nurses who participate to build their healthcare careers and contribute to the advancement of the global healthcare community.
